1. We respect your privacy.
- Your order will be shipped in a plain envelope or box. No reference to "Proper Attire," "Planned Parenthood," condoms, or any other safe-sex related product will be visible on the outside of the package
- Your credit card bill will simply have an entry for "Proper At. Accessories", again no reference to condoms or other contraceptive related items.
- We will not sell or distribute your email, phone number, or any other of your personal information you provide when you purchase our products to any individual or entity outside of our organization except as stated herein or with your permission.
2. Personal Information You Provide
The information you provide to allow us to process and deliver your order — name, delivery address, preferred contact information, and payment information (such as credit card information) — is considered private. This information will be used to process your order and deliver it to you in a timely fashion. In addition, we will use the information to contact you if there is any important product information you need to know ("Essential Mailings"), If you send us an e-mail, we may keep it and your e-mail address as part of our continuous efforts to improve customer satisfaction, but we will not share it with third parties except as stated herein or with your permission (see paragraph 6).
3. Privacy: Information Automatically Collected and Stored
As is true of most Web sites you enter, this Site automatically collects and stores some information about your computer and your visit and stores it in log files. Proper Attire collects, transmits, and stores personal and financial information of customers of merchandise through secure means and channels. Credit card sales are processed in a manner that complies with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard. That means that we use encryption to secure information sent from your computer to our servers. In addition, credit card numbers and other sensitive information is encrypted as it passes through gateways and to credit card processing service companies. After your initial entry of your credit card information, it will not be kept on Proper Attire’s servers.
5. Third Party Service Providers
We may share your information provided with your order with third-party service providers who provide services related to your order. Examples of these third-party service providers include a credit card processing company, a supplier, or a shipping service.All transactions occur through our Secure Server. Your personal information will not be used by any third party service provider for purposes other than providing these services in relation to your order.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Site.

If you need to update your information when re-ordering, you will have a chance to make changes at checkout.
